Richard is a Chartered Surveyor and has worked in commercial real estate for 20 years.  Richard has worked in corporate property for HSBC Bank, Blockbuster Entertainment and Railtrack in the UK, Europe and Middle East, and in a private surveyor's practice in the south west of England.

Richard joined Realstar in 2007 as Property Manager for Realstar Hotels with responsibility for managing the company's property assets.  Richard joined Realstar Healthcare in 2008 as Property Manager and manages the company's property portfolio.
