Prior to joining Realstar in 2004, Brian was a Senior Tax Manager in Deloitte’s Toronto office.

Brian is responsible for tax planning. He also provides advice on corporate structure, taxation, financing, and due diligence for both new acquisitions and existing investments. Brian was instrumental in the strategy and planning for the investment in U.K. healthcare centres and the subsequent private offering. He also played a key role in the acquisition of the LRG portfolio.
