Prior to joining Realstar in 2005, Cindy held progressively senior human resources roles with Canadian and global companies in the consulting, technology and public service industries.
REALSTAR EXPERIENCE
Cindy is responsible for human resources strategy for Realstar Group, including organizational development, workforce strategy, learning and development, and employee and management relations. She is also responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable employment and labour standards, occupational health and safety acts, human rights codes, and privacy legislation.
