Mr Squibb attended high school in Fredericton and graduated from the University of New Brunswick with a Bachelor of Arts degree. Following graduation he moved to Toronto, joined a major bank, progressing through various senior jobs in domestic and corporate banking until he left in 1983. Mr Squibb apportions parts of his time to community activities and serves actively on the boards of numerous not-for-profit organizations.

Mr Squibb, as President and CEO, is actively involved in all activities within Realstar Group and takes the lead in the multi-family and manufactured housing sectors.
