Prior to joining Realstar in 2005, Martin held property- and project-related positions in the U.K. hotel industry with Bridgehouse Capital and Thistle Hotels, and prior to that with Ian Schrager Hotels and Princess Hotels in New York City.

Martin is responsible for the LRG hotel capital expenditure program, as well as all aspects of property management, including landlord, resident and statutory matters.
