Nicholas has 20 years of experience in numerous operating capacities with Holiday Inn and Marriott. Prior to joining Realstar, he was U.K. Operations Director for the Whitbread-owned Marriott estate of 64 hotels.

Nicholas has asset management responsibilities for 34 Holiday Inn and Crowne Plaza hotels, including central London. He is responsible for operational performance, investment recommendations and staff planning. In addition, he acts as liaison within the InterContinental Hotel Group portfolio for human resources and marketing.
