David has been involved in the real estate industry for over 30 years, with experience in various U.S. and Canadian markets, including Florida, the Maritimes, Quebec, Ontario and Western Canada. He has served as a senior lending officer and accredited appraiser for several major Canadian financial institutions, particularly in the areas of commercial, industrial and multi-residential financing.

For over 20 years, David has been a senior executive with Realstar Residential. In his capacity as Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer, he is responsible for investment management services, asset management property acquisitions, financing, due diligence and corporate development.
