Prior to joining Realstar in 1996, Scott held various positions with a major Canadian bank managing multi-branch operations for a period of six years.
 

Scott has held increasingly senior roles at Realstar starting as District Manager in the Niagara region, eventually moving to Regional Vice President overseeing districts in Western Canada, Ontario, Quebec, and Nova Scotia. Recently he has assumed the role of Senior Vice President, Operations and is responsible for Realstar's property management operation across the country.
