Prior to joining Realstar in 2001, Michael oversaw the operation of three multi-pad hockey facilities as General Manager for NCI Sports and Entertainment in Toronto. He has almost 30 years of experience in the recreational facilities industry.

Michael is responsible for the operation of the Powerade Centre, including property operations, food and beverage, events, and advertising.
