Hospitality
Realstar holds the Canadian master license for all three brands, overseeing franchise growth and brand standards nationwide. The portfolio has expanded from a handful of properties to well over 100 locations under Realstar's management.
Realstar Hospitality was formed in 1987 with the acquisition of Delta Hotels & Resorts, repositioning the brand from midscale to upscale over the course of ownership. In 1998, Realstar sold the Delta brand, marking the conclusion of the firm's founding hospitality investment.

UK & Europe
Ryan Prince founded Realstar's London office in 2002, establishing the firm's first foothold outside North America. That entry point grew steadily over two decades into one of Realstar's largest and most successful international platforms, ultimately built, scaled, and exited at considerable profit.
Realstar's UK portfolio spanned hotels, healthcare, student housing, serviced apartments, and rental housing, assembled through a disciplined mix of acquisitions and ground-up development. Having since fully divested the platform, Realstar is now evaluating new development opportunities and projects in the UK, drawing on the market knowledge and relationships built over that period.
Realstar's UK track record was defined by transactions that shaped the market: the creation and successful sale of the UNCLE rental housing brand, and the acquisition and disposition of a 73-property Holiday Inn hotel portfolio.
