About Erica
Erica holds a Bachelor of Accounting and Financial Management and a Master of Accounting from the University of Waterloo and is a Chartered Accountant. Prior to joining Realstar, she provided audit and advisory services to public and private companies at a Big 4 accounting firm, and financial reporting for local and international investments of a Canadian pension fund.
Erica joined Realstar in 2014, directing finance for the Hospitality and Land lease divisions, before moving to Asset Management. In her Asset Management capacity, Erica oversees assets across Canada in both the institutional and private portfolios, and sets the ESG strategy
