Mark Hales

Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Waterloo, is a Professional Engineer, and a certified trainer for the former Federal EnerGuide for Homes program.

Prior to joining Realstar, he worked as a consulting engineer, specializing in property condition and environmental site assessments, along with construction project management. Mark joined Realstar in December 2003 as Director of Construction & Property Standards, advancing through progressive roles to Senior Vice President, and also serves as Realstar's Environmental and Sustainability Officer. Mark oversees capital management, telecom infrastructure, and building maintenance with a team of Professional Engineers, Project Managers and Purchasing staff.
