About Randy
Randy holds a Bachelor of Statistical Sciences (Honours) from the University of Western Ontario and an MBA from the Schulich School of Business.
Randy joined Realstar as Chief Executive Officer in May 2025. He spent 20 years at Oxford Properties Group, holding progressively senior leadership roles across asset management, operations, development, acquisitions, and dispositions in multi-family, office, retail, industrial, and hospitality assets throughout Toronto, New York, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. Randy began his career at Redcliff Realty Advisors and previously was at Bank of Montreal.
