About Jennifer
Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Applied Science from the University of Guelph, a Postgraduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from George Brown College, and is a Certified Human Resources Leader. Before joining Realstar, she held roles as a Program Coordinator at the Heart & Stroke Foundation of BC & Yukon and in Talent Acquisition at the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) and Drake International.
Jennifer joined Realstar in 2015 as a Human Resources Coordinator, advancing to Senior Manager in 2022, HR Director in 2023, and Vice President in 2025, overseeing the company's day-to-day HR activities and several strategic projects.
